Sunset Oasis with heated pool!
Our home is located in the quiet and safe Rotonda West community.
This tranquil location boasts beautiful sunsets overlooking the canal. This quiet community is home to many golf courses and over 20 miles of canals where wildlife roam. One mile from the house you will find the Rotonda Park which offers tennis/pickle ball courts, playground and public restrooms. Explore the many beautiful beaches in the area. Only a 10-15 minute drive to some of the most beautiful beaches!
Our spacious home provides 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bdrm is equipped with one King bed (Spring form Mattress) two end tables and one Dresser with mirror. The second bedroom is equipped with One Queen futon frame and Memory foam mattress, One end table and one dresser. The third bedroom is equipped with a Queen size metal bed frame, 6" foam mattress (very firm), One dresser, One end table.
Eat in kitchen/dining room, family room and living room. Our outdoor eating and lounging area provides a private and picturesque area to lounge for hours overlooking the sparkling heated swimming pool and beyond that a stunning fresh water canal suitable for hours of fishing.
