Our stay here was incredible! It’s perfect for two people, has everything you need and a fabulous location by the main road, easy drive to Gatlinburg, but far enough from the city to have that mountain feel without the high price & crazy traffic. Great little shops around the area and Trish’s breakfast was incredible! Such a special little place, we will definitely book again!
My husband and really enjoyed the area, how quickly we could get to our daily activities and back to this cabin to rest and relax. We will definetly stay there again. It was perfect for the two of us. Very clean. We had no communication with the owner so we can not review that, but literally everything was excellent.
The cabin is quaint & everything we needed. Of course the host can't control traffic but I do wish it wasn't so close to the road due to all the noise. Although if you are in the cabin the noise is at a minimum. We just like to relax outside.
When we arrived, the tiny cabin was immaculate and felt amazing. The AC was already running. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We usually opt for more seclusion but chose this cabin because it's right off 321 and close to several food options, Gatlinburg, a section of the Foothills Parkway, and more. Would definitely stay here again if traveling to the area! Wi-Fi worked well, bed slept great, used the charcoal grill outside and little kitchenette to prepare a few meals. Spent hours on the little porch which kept us dry when it rained and shaded from the sun. Thanks for sharing your cabin with us, we reason enjoyed ourselves!!!
I absolutely loved this cabin! It was cute and perfect for the 2 of us. It was outside of Gatlinburg so we didn't have to deal with all the constant traffic.
My husband and I came into town for a few days get away. Everything was super clean, and nice. But a few things I wish I would have known, I am no where near a large person 5’2” 130 the shower was very cramped for me, (I can’t imagine being a bigger person in this shower) 2nd thing the property was nice but right above us was a family who seems to live up the hill who’s little dogs never stopped barking. Over all Very nice for a few nights stay.
The Sweet Delight cabin was just that! It was easy to find, clean, well supplied, and the perfect distance away from attractions like downtown Gatlinburg, Dollywood, and Tukaleechee caverns. (30 mins-1 hr) The cabin is a surrounded by a yard of wildflowers and away from crowded areas. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely choose to stay at Sweet Delight again in the future.
My husband and I stayed at this cute little cabin for our elopment. It was perfect! It was a short drive to downtown Gatlinburg . We really enjoyed our stay.
If I could give this place zero stars I would!! Iv used VRBO and other sites for a long time. This place was the WORST place I (haven’t) stayed in. The inside looks new and clean but has a very bad smell. The outside?? Disgusting! Right on a very very busy road… yes in the Middle of the mountains! Nowhere to just chill no backyard no front yard just a tiny cabin in the middle of a trailer park. I left after 2 minutes and owner would not reimburse even one night. Do NOT stay there if you want a quiet serene stay.
This cabin is very sweet and a great getaway for 1-2 people. It was easy to get into and find. The drive to Gatlinburg is a little bit further than other options but it is off the road that drives into Gatlinburg making the drive easy. The proximity to the park from this location gives access to some of the less crowded waterfalls and hikes which I loved. I would recommend and won’t be surprised if I book here again on my next trip to the Smokies.
My first time in this area, I had a little trouble finding the cabin, even with GPS. Had to stop twice. It might be good to note that the address # is on a series of mailboxes & the turn is not a street, but a "turnaround circle". I was hoping there would be walking by/near the cabin. I did not see anything, but it was raining most of the time I was there. Loved the cabin.
This property was absolutely beautiful, the cabin was well cleaned and smelled amazing. Very neat and pretty secluded. Also the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in!! Only downside was the rental manager called us 10 mins before checkout bc the cleaners were already there, so we felt a little rushed.
Great place for a weekend stay. Would be harder to stay longer due to not having certain things. (Washer/dryer and some where to hang clothes) But over all was nice little place to stay outside of the business of gatlinburg.
