The home has 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, spacious at 1400 sqft. This home is in the basement of the main house. The main house and top floor are a separate rental with a separate entrance. Facing the house, you have to walk into the right pathway with a staircase leading to the entrance.

• This home is situated in the basement. Guests must be comfortable with stairs, as there are multiple sets leading to the entrance.
• Parking: Parking for one car in the driveway is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Street parking is also free for additional cars!

•The home has two entrances and is split into 2 separate listings. This listing includes the bottom floor only and does not include the upper floor. Guests staying in the upper level have a separate entrance and will not have access to the bottom unit. However, since this unit is on the bottom floor, you may sometimes hear guests in the upper unit. If there are excessive noise concerns during your stay, please let us know so that we can address it with the guests in the upper floor.

**About the Reservation**
• In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening.
• We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise.
• Any stay longer than 30 days requires additional tenant screening, lease signing and security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.

**About Fees & Pricing**
• We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday’s pricing.

**House Rules**
• This is not a pet friendly home. $500 fine for unauthorized pets.
• Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.
