You can't get more centered in downtown Des Moines than this apartment. You're a minute's walk from the Court Ave district AND Wells Fargo Arena AND the Civic Center AND the Sculpture park district. The building has access to the skywalk, so even when the weather is bad, you can walk to all of the important places in downtown. Hello Marjorie - one of Des Moines's hottest cocktail bars is just outside the elevator - in the same building.
