About this property
Old Richmond; Waterfront Property
Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place; this house has been recently renovated on a property in our family for 3 generations. There is water access, beautiful views and even the occasional otter in the backyard!! We have done our best to include mostly what our guests would need, including accounts on most major streaming services to watch tv, washer and dryer, full kitchen including plates, cups and silverware! We hope you enjoy Old Richmond as much as we do!

The dock/ water access area is to also be shared with guests from Dutch Treat. :)

We have a book swap shelf! You’re able to donate a book or two and can take one or two from ours as well. :)
