About this property

Unique apartment perfect for a couples getaway. Sleeps four, with a full kitchen, dining table that seats four, plus peninsula seating, laundry, one bedroom, one bathroom and pull out sofa bed.

Centrally located one block over from downtown Cashmere, a quaint, walkable, and scenic town situated in the foothills of the Cascades.

The Chickadee Suite includes an open and spacious living, dining and kitchen area. The living room has fun games, a large Roku TV, and vintage touches that will take you back in time. There is a Full sized pull out bed in the sofa for additional sleeping accommodations.

The bathroom as a tub and shower and includes a stackable washer and dryer. The bedroom has a comfortable King sized bed, walk-in closet and full length mirror.

The Suite is part of Side Street Cashmere, a multi-use historic building in the heart of Cashmere. It is 15 minutes from Leavenworth and 10 minutes from Wenatchee. Walk to the bus stop and ride for free to Leavenworth or Wenatchee. There are parks and trails within walking distance.

The train passes nearby which can be disruptive. Ear plugs are provided and sound proofing wherever possible to try to minimize the noise. There is a caretaker who lives upstairs that you may hear on occasion.

The Suite has free & ample parking out front & across the street on Railroad Ave.

The Chickadee Inn is a separate 5 bedroom, 5.5 bath unit, right next door to the Suite and bookable as well.

Great spot!

We loved how cute and cozy this place was and it was just a short drive from Leavenworth! Cashmere is also a hidden gem with several cute little shops.

Chickadee stay

It was conveniently located and incredibly well stocked VRBO. The kitchen was great and made cooking easy with good equipment (pans and knives). We normally bring our own knife because we find those in rentals tend not to work great and we did not need it! The bed was also really quite comfortable to sleep on. The decoration was super fun and 1920's meet 1960's:). Yonder Cider opened at the end of our week there which was a super cool space and within the same building. The proximity to the trains was both awesome and really really close! Chickadee did what they could to help with the noise at night with the horns of the trains (ear plugs, white noise machine, etc) but they do come 2-3 times a night. Thank you for a great week!
