The bathroom is equipped with a convenient stand-up shower, providing a refreshing start to your day or a soothing end to your evening. Fresh linens and towels are provided to enhance your stay, ensuring you have everything you need for a comfortable experience. This unit also features a well-equipped bathroom, with toilet, single sink, and complimentary toiletries. Hair dryer, Q-Tips, Cotton Balls, Tampons, Shampoo, Conditioner, and Body wash are all available for your convenience.

You have a well-equipped kitchen with updated stainless-steel appliances, including a full-sized refrigerator, electric stove and oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and blender! Everything you need to cook delicious meals throughout your stay. Utensils and dishes included, of course.

This unit also boasts laundry on-site, equipped with a full-sized washer and dryer in the unit, and an iron so you may prepare your outfits properly, for your Las Vegas adventures! Please note, this is a small space studio, therefore there is no full-size clothing closet. We do offer a few hangers and hooks to hang garments and belongings as needed, and a luggage rack is available for your suitcase.

By occupying this home, occupants are participating in a shared ownership agreement during the dates of their stay. Occupants must sign the Member Agreement, which is sent in advance via email. Upon signing the membership agreement and taking occupancy of the home, you will be a legitimate homeowner. Congratulations!

A $50 security deposit is required against any potential damage or loss of items.
Long-term stays are welcome!
Owner hotline is always available 8am-9pm but may not be available overnight.

This property operates in compliance with state and local law. It is not a short-term rental. This is a shared ownership arrangement, which is not a new concept. It helps offset the common expenses between the members/owners. Ownership is held in an LLC. The governing document is called an operating agreement. This sets out the rights and responsibilities of each member/owner, as well as all features and policies of the LLC. When you schedule the use of the property, prior to any use of the property you must be assigned a membership/ownership interest in the property through the LLC, thus you will become a member of the LLC with a right to use the property. This online platform is utilized because there are many members. We use this online platform/portal for scheduling and booking of this property on a first come first serve basis. We are consistently looking to attract new members to help offset the common expenses to maintain the property. This property can only be used by members of the LLC only.
