By occupying this home, occupants are participating in a shared ownership agreement during the dates of their stay. Occupants must sign the Member Agreement, which is sent in advance via email. Upon signing the membership agreement and taking occupancy of the home, you will be a legitimate homeowner. Congratulations!

A $150 security deposit is required against any potential damage or loss of items.

Long-term stays are welcome!

Owner hotline is always available 8am-9pm but may not be available overnight.

It helps offset the common expenses between the members/owners. Ownership is held in an LLC. The governing document is called an operating agreement. This sets out the rights and responsibilities of each member/owner, as well as all features and policies of the LLC. When you schedule the use of the property, prior to any use of the property you must be assigned a membership/ownership interest in the property through the LLC, thus you will become a member of the LLC with a right to use the property.
