Private drive leads to charming 3 bed, 2 bath cottage with mature plantings and shady trees. Elevated gorgeous views of LI Sound. Enjoy a drink or coffee and watch the osprey. Air conditioned three bedroom including a ground floor primary bedroom, twin bunk bedroom, and a large private suite on the second floor with sitting area and stunning views. Entire house was renovated in 2023 with new kitchen including induction oven, dishwasher and samsung fridge with beverage center. Washer dryer, tankless hot water heater, brand new cedar outdoor shower, access to Tuttle's point beach for swimming or kayaking. Close to town and all shoreline attractions. Fifteen minutes from New Haven. Pets considered!
