Parking is first come first service in the Townhomes and in the driveway for the Single Family homes. No street or grass parking is allowed.

Two days before the guest's arrival, the voucher with check-in instructions will be sent. It is important to note that, during your stay in this vacation home, only those who will have access are the registered guests.

This is a self-catering vacation home. Guests must purchase any further items needed that they'll consume or use during the stay or replace products when they are over. This includes personal care products, food, drinks, etc. The offered amenities listed below are only initial supplies, small-sized:

- Bathroom: One toilet paper per bathroom, a garbage bag that is already in the trashcan, Small shampoo and conditioner.
- Kitchen: Two garbage bags, Sponge, Dishwasher soap, Paper towel.
- Laundry: One laundry detergent.
- Linens/sheets: 1 sheet kit per bed, one towel per guest (house’s maximum occupancy).

PLEASE NOTE:
• Pool heating is an optional service priced at $33 per day, with a minimum payment of $165 per stay.
• Complimentary use of BBQ Grill: The BBQ Grill will be clean and available for your convenience. To use it, you will need to refill the propane cylinder at the nearest retail store or propane refill station.
• Optional services should be requested at least 48 hours prior to check-in and are subject to availability.

Florida is a magical place! It offers a perfect weather that attracts millions of tourists. The houses have screens on the windows and pools that prevent the entry of animals.

POOL CLEANING
Pool cleaning at Storey Lake Resort houses is typically conducted weekly on Wednesdays or Thursdays, but it may be subject to adjustments based on weather conditions. In the event of unfavorable weather, the cleaning may be rescheduled to a different day of the week. Our professional team has access to the pool area without requiring you to open the door, and they will complete the service in approximately one hour, allowing you to enjoy the pool afterward.

PARKING
1. Parking is first come first service in the Townhomes and in the driveway for the Single Family homes.
2. No street or grass parking is allowed.

CLUBHOUSE
3. The Hideaway Club amenities included: fitness center, heated resort pool, water slides, splashpad, heated lazy river, restaurant, tiki bar, lake, beach volleyball court, basketball court, kayak rentals, mini golf (extra cost).
4. Clubhouse and pool hours: from 9 am to 9 pm. Fitness center from 5 am to 12 am

TRASH
5. Trash is picked up daily.
6. All trash must be bagged and put inside the bin, no loose trash will be picked up.
- There is a bench in front of the house. Lift up the seat and place your garbage bags inside.
- No recycling.
