Welcome to the “Mermaid”! Located in the heart of Tempe. You’ll have full access to this newly remodeled three bedroom two bath home with private backyard, including patio in Grill area. Located just 6 miles from Phoenix Sky Harbor airport and 2 miles from ASU campuses.

Tempe Diablo stadium is only a short 3 miles away, and the house is also very close to Mill Avenue and Tempe town lake. Just a short drive to old town Scottsdale and very centrally located to major freeways.

~~THE MERMAID~

Private and newly remodeled 3 bed 2 bath home well appointed with comfy soft leather furniture and spacious seating areas. Lounge in the living room or enjoy a relaxing cookout in the private backyard underneath the covered patio. The choice is yours!

Kitchen is very roomy with plenty of seating and large enough for everyone to congregate. Stocked with everything you’ll need with coffeemaker and coffee station, dishes and cooking essentials etc.

Comfy beds in every bedroom have either Pillowtop or Memory foam mattress. Plenty of pillows and blankets and huggable hangers in all closets.

Bathrooms are stocked with plenty of towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner etc.

We are a very family friendly property, but the house is not childproof. Please make sure everyone is safe at all times. Thank you!!
