Sea-Renity Now promises a blissful getaway for families, couples, and friends alike. This three bedroom townhouse, located in The Grande at Canal Pointe offers 2 pools, tennis/pickleball and basketball courts as well as a workout room and playground for the little ones. We also offer three beach bikes and six beach chairs.

Relax with family or friends in this two level, three bedroom townhouse. This beachy vibe townhome is completely furnished with brand new furniture, mattresses and brand new refrigerator. There is also a fridge in the garage to keep all your beverages nice and cold! The deck out back offers a peaceful view of a grassy common area and a view of the pond. Talk about relaxing!

The property is conveniently located to the various beaches of Rehoboth/Lewes/Dewey, tons of stores at the Tanger Outlet Shopping and a variety of great restaurants. Whatever you're looking for it is probably here!

Sea-Renity NOW offers 3 bedrooms - Master with King bed and 2 sink ensuite bathroom, 2 bedrooms with Queen beds. There is a trundle sofa for up to two people located in the loft area. The upstairs area has a 2 sink shared bathroom for the upstairs guests.

Easily walk to to the large community pool, sports courts and playground.

We offer three beach cruisers. Feel free to bike to downtown Rehoboth and enjoy the waves, people, Funland and various eateries or enjoy the concerts at the boardwalk in season. There are several bike trails, the Junction and Breakwater Trail, or biking along Coastal HIghway to Bethany. Enjoy hiking or biking at Gordon's Pond in Cape Henlopen State Park.

Of course, if you like to cook out a brand new grill has been added.

Things to know: No animals are allowed.

There is free parking available for two vehicles.

Due to local HOA requirements guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
