So Perfect…

Our Vrbo couldn’t have better. This is a beautiful home in a safe neighborhood close to the riverwalk. The front porch is perfect for morning coffee and the hot tub is the way to end the night. Very responsive and the check in was easy!

Convenient and well done home!

We had a lovely time at this home! It’s nicely located in the heart of Southtown close to all the fun. House was well kept, clean, nicely updated, and with lots of conveniences and amenities. Hot tub was delightful after a day around town. Host was super responsive and accommodating. Love this house!

Great Location and Hosts.

We stayed for a few days in October of 2024 and it was a great house for our needs. The host was accommodating and quickly responded to any questions. The location is great. If you don't mind walking, it is about 15 minutes walk to the main attractions, but just minutes drive. Every morning we headed west on our walk until the River Walk and then walked up and around the loop before we got started our day. That took about 70 minutes. The neighborhood is definitely downtown, and you will hear some train noise, but it never felt dangerous. We walked the neighborhood during the day and at night and maybe that isn't smart, but we didn't feel threatened. We might be the only guests who didn't use the hot tub, but it looked great. Backyard is small, but relaxing and well thought out. Would definitely stay there again if traveling through.

Great location!

My husband and I stayed at this property for four days. It is just as described. House is clean, beds are extremely comfortable and the location is fantastic. A five minute drive to the Riverwalk. My only suggestion would be to change out the shower heads. It feels like all the shampoo/conditioner isn’t rinse off all the way. Highly recommend!!

Good location

This is a nice little house in a location that was convenient for us. We had tickets to a concert at the Alamo Dome and we were able to avoid all the traffic because we could walk to the venue. There were also several bars and restaurants within walking distance. The homeowner was very communicative and worked to solve a few problems that we had. I do think the outdoor space needs constant attention so we weren't able to use it. Small things like no ice maker or ice trays were a slight inconvenience. They had plenty of towels for us to use and extra Linens. A nice big table to gather around and extra things like a little medical kit that I needed Band-Aid so I was grateful for . Criticisms would be use of closet space. There was no place to hang anything up because he had his closets filled with renovation materials. As I said a slight inconvenience but when you are traveling you want to feel that you have a clean place to hang up all your wrinkled clothing . Even some well-placed hooks on the wall would be a bonus. I saw that he had a couple of blow up mattresses and a pack and play Crib which would be nice if you had extra folks and children.

The house is great! Host had great communication. Hot tub was perfect! Had the family in town for a concert at Frost Bank Center which was a short drive. Plenty of cool restaurants and bars within a few blocks, walking distance. Location was close to downtown and river walk area. Will definitely stay again!

Little jewel in Southtown

Its a wonferfully kept 3 bdrm home just on the otherside of Hemisphere in Southtown Nice amenities and great use of space. Wish we could of used the hottub as it was listed on the amenity list but it appeared locked and out of use.
