FULL GOLF MEMBERSHIP - Beautiful open floor plan at Eagle Creek with views of 17th hole and beyond. Recently renovated with a new pool, lanai and all new furnishings. Sunlight floods through lanai into living and dining areas. Primary bedroom includes large ensuite bath and both this bedroom and large spacious office open to lanai and pool. Two additional guest bedrooms allow plenty of space for family and friends. Fully equipped kitchen and outdoor grill for entertaining and dining. The house is a short 5 minute walk or less to all club amenities including clubhouse, driving range, golf course, gym and activity center. Follow Eagle Creek YouTube Channel to see progress on brand new clubhouse which will open in fall of 2024 for your enjoyment. Eagle Creek is ideally and centrally located 8 miles from downtown Naples (5th Ave and 3rd Street South) and 8 miles from the beaches and boating on Marco Island. Minimum monthly rental and all renters must apply and be approved by Club.
