Walk To Siesta Village And Beach/Private Heated Pool & Hot Tub

The Siesta Village Beach House is a PRIVATE 2 bedroom 1 bath APARTMENT in a large house with an extra outdoor shower (enclosed with a fence) and private room with toilet and sink (the outside bathroom is accessible by the pool adjacent to the outdoor shower). The apartment is the main portion of the house where I used to live, and the other portion of house is rented to annual tenants who have NO access to the pool or hot tub. Private parking in front of house easily fits 2 cars/SUVs. Annual tenants have their own parking on the side of the house. The annual tenant's units are on the side and back of house. The bedrooms and bathrooms do not share any walls with the tenant's units. Couch in living room can be used to sleep an additional person. King bed in master and queen bed in second bedroom. All high end appliances, large screen 70" 4K television in living room, television in each bedroom, private large lap pool with jacuzzi (heated salt water), out door shower and bathroom by the pool and laundry facilities. Just a short walk to Siesta Key Village and beach. Beach access 2 is a short 1/2 mile walk that takes you through Siesta Village to the beach. A beach cart, umbrellas and floats are available for renters to use. 2 older bikes are also available for use. Lounge chairs surround the private pool (POOL IS NOT SHARED). Large walk in shower with various shower heads in house with access from master bedroom and hallway. Hard wood floors in main living area. Italian porcelain in bathroom.

The property has security cameras in the pool area and front entrance. There are absolutely no cameras in the house.

Owner purchased home in 1998 and did major renovations in 2011 adding the pool and hot tub. Owner lived in home until 2015 when it was listed as a vacation rental.

The owner lives next door to the property, and is available to accommodate guests should any issues arise.

It is advisable to get trip insurance to protect against financial loss within the no cancelation period, especially during hurricane season.

Home away from home

This house is excellent in every way. It is roomy and contemporary. Furniture, kitchen, bathroom, pool--everything is high-end, attractive and comfortable. I especially liked the spa shower in the bathroom, and the pool right outside the master bedroom.The location is quiet, yet it's a short walk to the village, and minutes to the beach.The owner, Michael, was in touch with information, and responded immediately to me.More a home than a guest house,

Beautiful home

Amazing place to stay!

My sister and I stayed here for her 40th birthday trip. We LOVED the pool and the house. Super close to the grocery store so we could make food at the house. Close walk to shops and restaurants and the beach. Michael was super responsive with any questions we had and made an amazing recommendation for a dinner spot. Would highly recommend this place for vacation!

Beautiful and Private

This was our 3rd trip to Siesta Key in the past 5 years and we couldn’t have been more impressed with this property. The kids enjoyed the pool even in the mild(er) temps and the hot tub was the family favorite. We are already planning out trip back for next year.

Amazing vacation!

We had an amazing time at this gorgeous property. Nice walk to village and beach. Back yard and pool/hot tub are so relaxing and make you feel like you are in a private resort! We couldn't think of a better way to celebrate our 20th anniversary! Having our coffee on the front porch every morning was a great day starter as well!

Great place, FANTASTIC pool/spa

This was our first time visiting Siesta Key! Check-in was a breeze and we were even able to get in an hour early! The place was clean and perfect for myself, my husband and two of our teenagers! We were close enough to walk to restaurants, shops, and the beach, but far enough away that it was very quiet. The pool is huge for the house being on the smaller side! We spent a lot of time in the pool/spa! We loved it! Michael was available via text message to answer any questions if we had them and always responded very quickly!

Vacation

Love this house! Very clean, spacious & nicely furnished. The best part was the beautiful backyard! Loved that it was private and shaded with palm trees. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, & comfortable outdoor seating every day. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. We also used the outdoor grill. It’s a short walk to the village for shopping and restaurants. We also used the bikes that were provided. Check in and communication with the owner was easy. Will definitely stay here again and will highly recommend to family & friends.

Beautiful!

I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Siesta Key! This is the perfect house for a family. It was quiet, the pool and hot tub were great! The location is perfect - we walked to the downtown area and beach. Michael was great to work with and was quick to answer my questions. Honestly - one of the nicest places I have ever stayed at! Will definitely be back next year!

Perfect Getaway

We had an amazing time at Michaels place. The backyard is incredible and so relaxing. The location is everything. Quick walk to the restaurants, shops and the beach. We loved going to the beach and then coming home and relaxing in the pool and hot tub. The bed was super comfortable and the shower was so relaxing. Michael was very responsive and a great host. Would definitely come back again!

Nice 2 bedroom apt- actually half of a house. 10 min walk to gorgeous beach; only 5 min to shops and restaurants. Spacious living, dining and kitchen areas. Large master BR. 1large bathroom. Semi private pool and hot tub. Quality appliances. Well equipped. 4TVs.
