It is important to note that there is a noise ordinance imposed throughout the region from 10:00pm - 7:00am. This includes having all outdoor lights out at 10:00pm.

Bedroom with king bed (Bedroom #3); recreation room with arcade games, foosball, seating area and large screen TV; full bathroom off recreation room; second bedroom (Bedroom #4) with two queen beds; third bedroom (Bedroom #5) with queen bed.

3) Lower Level:
Completely above grade..its own apartment..Full kitchen; living room with ample seating and TV; one bedroom (Bedroom #6) with king bed and full en-suite bath; second bedroom (Bedroom #7) with queen bed; third bedroom (Bedroom #8) with queen bed; full bathroom in hall; second laundry room.

The main house and the full outdoors are for guests to use. This includes all indoor and outdoor amenities.
