Villa Sunshine Oasis welcomes up to 8 guests who want to stay in North Cape Coral. This vacation home offers quiet, idyllic surroundings – and this is only the beginning. Outside, you are greeted by a well-maintained garden, while the interior features high ceilings, elegant furniture and plenty of natural light.

In total, there are 3 bedrooms. Two of them come with queen-size beds and a TV. Two single beds grace the third bedroom, making it perfect for children. The villa also has 2 bathrooms with bathtub and shower.

In Cape Coral, life happens outdoors! With warm temperatures all year round, what would be better than going for a swim? The villa´s pool offers fun at any weather. Alternatively, soak up the rays on a sunbed. One part of the lanai is roofed. Here, you will find a dining table and a spacious lounge area. Privacy is guaranteed by hedges around the lanai. Do you love barbecues? Then, you are more than welcome to use the high-quality gas grill.

Cooking delicious meals is easy at Villa Sunshine Oasis. This vacation home features a fully-equipped kitchen with oven, stove plates, microwave and refrigerator – as well as enough dishes, cutlery and utensils. Thanks to the open design, you can chat with your guests while cooking. Bar stools and a kitchen counter go hand in hand with a dining table. After your meal, the living area invites you to relax and socialize. There, you will find comfortable sofas and a big flat-screen TV.

For guests who want to do their grocery shopping quickly, Villa Sunshine Oasis is perfect. In 5 minutes, you can reach the next Publix or Walmart. Farmer Joe´s and ALDI are just as close. What is more, nearby Pine Island Road boasts a variety of international restaurants. Are you visiting Cape Coral with children? Great! Only 4 miles separate you from the exciting slides at Sun Splash Family Waterpark. You will need even less time to reach Gator Mike´s Fun Park. If you want to enjoy fine sand and palm trees, simply take a 20-minute trip to Cape Coral´s public beach.

IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES:
1. The use of the boat dock and the boat lift (if available) is only allowed for insurance reasons when renting boats from Vacation in Florida Inc. House customers will receive a 10 % coupon via e-mail after booking for our offers on boatrental-capecoral.com
2. The price does not include electricity consumption. Electricity consumption will be charged after departure with 15ct. per Kwh. Consumption varies depending on the time of year as well as the use of the pool heater and air conditioning. The average cost of electricity per week is $35-$50.
3. Cleaning of the grill is not included in the cleaning fee. We ask you to clean the grill yourself after use. Cleaning by our cleaning team will be charged with additional $50. We provide all guests with consumables in the form of toilet paper, detergent and garbage bags free of charge for the first 2-3 days of your stay.
4. In case of a cancellation, we charge a handling fee of 5% on the payment amount already made. This fee is automatically offset against the refund.
5. The personal on-site check-in usually takes place the day after your arrival between 9:00 - 11:00 am and it is mandatory. The person who made the booking must be present in person and must be able to identify himself/herself (identity card).
