Wow! You will truly feel at home in our beach-side apartment! Swim in our infinity pool or the protected private beach steps from the pool deck. Enjoy the tranquility that a smaller family-oriented building can afford. Take in the spectacular view from sunrise to sunset on our balcony. Each of the three bedrooms has its own private bath with plenty of closet space. Take advantage of our fully-equipped kitchen, or barbecue poolside. Don't feel like cooking? Juan Dolio has plenty of restaurant choices, many of which deliver! Additional Cleaning and cooking services, as well as on-site laundry is available!

Perfect Gem

The property is beautiful, clean & modern. The beach was better than expected with a vast soft-sand area protected by a reef - kids loved it & were very safe swimming all over the place. On-site property manager does his best to make sure you are comfortable. Surprised by the quality of the food in restaurants we could easily walk to. Highly recommend for a family!

Quiet beuty

This is our second time renting this apartment. It is a well run and well equipped place with attention to every detail. They left us water, coffee, salt, beach towels, sun screens, snorkeling equipment, beach toys, umbrellas…….. too many to mention all. Additionally, any questions or needs we had were handled by the manager (Jose Luis) the cleaning lady(mari) and the security staff( Francisco…). Overall a great experience.

Simply Amazing

The property is situated in a quite community on a lovely sandy beach. The view that I woke up to was amazing overlooking the pool and the beautiful ocean. The house was well kept and the view from the kitchen over the balcony onto the ocean is breathtaking. The owner and the on premise caretakers were always assuring that any concerns or needs that we had were taken care of immediately. I will be definitely be coming back. Thanks again for your hospitality

The property is located steps from the beach with a great pool and a natural cove with gentle Caribbean waters for an awesome vacation. I don't think one can find a better location, amenities, view, and great owner for the money. Much better than expected.

Beautiful Views

This location has the most amazing views. You can watch from sunrise to sunset. It is located on a quiet beach. The property has 24 hour security. Delia was very helpful in getting us to the location when we made a wrong turn in the evening and ended up at another property with a similar name. Overall a great family vacation.

Excellent stay!!

I stayed here with my husband and four kids ranging from 20 to 8 years of age. This place was excellent for families. The neighborhood is safe. The guys watching over the property were very professional and helpful. The facilities were well maintained and perfect for us.

Gorgeous apartment overlooking pool and beach

My family of 5 (wife and 3 kids ranging from 1-13 years old) had such an amazing six day stay in Delias apartment. The apartment was much larger and more elegant than we expected with a huge wrap around balcony overlooking pool and the endless Caribbean Sea where we are all our meals to the sounds of the breeze and the waves. The apartment was well stocked with many details from pool and beach toys for the kids to a washer-dryer (very handy) and everything you need in the kitchen. The bedrooms were ample but the highlight truly was that balcony overlooking our own quiet slice of beach aka heaven. Will be back!

A little bit of paradise

The property is well represented in the listing. A couple little issues but the property owners were very responsive and made sure everything was taken care of. The view is incredible! Nice neighborhood with good restaurants I would not hesitate to stay again! My only recommendation is to have a book with wifi information, local restaurants, and things to know about the property.

Excellent experience, from the owner's service to the property, the location and the staff.

Will recommend 100%. We wanted to come back as soon as we left. The location is very calm, you can kick back and relax, swin in the pool or the beach. Or you can fire up the grill and share some beers and good stories with friends and family.

Tropical Paradise, Amazing Views!!

This property was a wonderful winter getaway! My husband and I spent 3 1/2 months here and thoroughly enjoyed it. It is a private residence with a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Most days we had the pool to ourselves. Many restaurants and markets within walking distance. The beach was so nice. You can walk 2 miles in either direction. The maintenance and security guys as well as our cleaning lady were amazing. Very attentive and friendly. The owners were very quick to answer any questions and take care of any issues we encountered. Unfortunately, we had to cut our trip short due to Covid 19. The owners were so sweet to work with us on a partial refund. Thank you Delia and Carlos for a wonderful stay and we look forward to visiting again and staying in your beautiful condo! Be sure and download a Spanish app on your phone as many cab drivers and restaurants workers do not speak English.

Juan Dolio Beach stay

We had a very nice stay at this location. Juan Dolio beach is exceptional; nice sand, clear , warm water and a relaxed atmosphere. The residence is clean, well maintained, spacious with great ocean views. Rooms, and seating was ample and comfortable. There is a nice assortment of lounge chairs and a table on the large open patio and we spent a good amount of time hanging out enjoying the ocean breeze. As there were 4 in our party, having the 3 bathrooms was a big help. There are shops and restaurants within walking distance. Finding a nice place to eat and getting groceries nearby is not a problem. This is a great place to stay.

Beautiful condo!

We stayed at Residence Marbella again this year for a month. Everything was as perfect as last year. Basically lived on the balcony when in the condo, beautiful views and breezes. Condo is well equipped for any cooking you may want to do. Delia and family are great hosts, always attentive and making sure our needs are met. We did make the walk to restaurants this year as we had not rented a car. Really only about a 5 minute walk to the Banco Popular road and 10-15 minutes to the restaurants or shopping on the main strip. We were in a group of 4 and felt safe to walk since we were coming back early, only just after dark, around 7 pm. Daytime no problem. Walking by the beach during the day is only 5 minutes to main strip, using the first passage way access. The housekeeper Mary is a gem! Property manager Alfredo and security are always willing to be helpful. Recommend that anyone that does not speak Spanish downloads Google Translate as it will become most helpful in communicating. Juan Dolio is a lovely vacation spot, nice beaches and very quiet. Recommend Delia’s condo.

Clean, comfortable and beautifully picturesque!

We were delighted with the gorgeous ocean view and spacious porch where we hung out most of the time. The beach was perfect for us seasoned swimmers as well as for the children. Each room was perfectly clean with a pleasant ambiance and all the facilities we needed were available. The Housekeeper, Maria was sweet and helpful, as were all the security guards and ground keepers. Thank you, Delia, for making everything easy and enjoyable for us. We hope to come again next year.

We are a couple who just spent 5 weeks in this beautiful condo. The pictures are exactly how the condo is, the furnishings are very comfortable and the view is absolutely beautiful. From the very spacious balcony, where we spent a good amount of time, you can enjoy the lovely ocean breeze and addicting ocean views. Not many places give you both a sunrise and a sunset, but from this balcony you get both! The condo was very clean and had everything we could possibly need for cooking and dining in. Lots of glasses, dishes, pots/pans, utensils, etc etc. The balcony furniture is very comfortable (a few afternoon naps took place!). The beds were comfortable as well. The building is quiet and the grounds, pool and BBQ are kept very clean. We never felt unsafe or had security concerns, however there is a 24/7 security guard on site, as well as Pedro, the property manager. Mary our housekeeper was very good, and such a sweetheart. If you don’t speak Spanish, it would be helpful to have a Spanish translation app on your mobile device. The owners Delia and Carlos were very helpful and immediately attended to any concerns we had, which were minimal in nature from our perspective. The pool was being resurfaced during the first part of our stay. This is not something that Delia could control so the only reason I mention this is to show how attentive and accommodating she is. Delia made arrangements for us to be allowed entrance to use a nearby pool while ours was down. This condo sits on the best stretch of beach, with opportunity for long walks in either direction. The water in front of the condo is awesome. It is a natural pool , shallow, calm, sand bottom all the way out to the rock barrier. It is perfect for the young and older alike. There are quite a few restaurants in the area, had great meals at all of them. We went to the neighbouring town of San Pedro to a Jumbo to get groceries, it is about a 20 min. drive. It is a large clean store (similar as you would find in any city or town in Canada or USA) that has everything you might need , food, liquor, clothing, housewears, etc etc. There is another grocery store in Boca Chica called “OLE”, it’s good, not quite as big. Within walking distance there are two mini marts, where you can get most day to day needs as well as local roadside fruit stands. We cannot say enough good about our experience, didn’t want to leave and will certainly return. Thank you Delia & Carlos, you’re the best, awesome place
