Our spacious cabin features four cozy bedrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 8 guests. The sleeping arrangements include three queen beds and a bunk bed, making it ideal for both adults and children. For indoor entertainment, the living room is equipped with a Smart TV, allowing you to stream your favorite shows and movies. We offer a collection of over 35 movies to enjoy during your stay. Additionally, the family/teen bunk room with its own TV provides a perfect spot for movie nights or gaming. The family/teen bunk room also has a TV, ensuring entertainment for all ages. The cabin is equipped with 1.5 bathrooms, ensuring ample space for everyone to freshen up after a day of fun in the sun. The rustic decor and warm wooden interiors create a welcoming and homey atmosphere, perfect for unwinding and creating lasting memories.

Indoor fireplace is not operational.

Pet Policy:
Guests bringing dog/s are required to pay an additional pet fee of $175 per dog (max of 2) and an additional one-time $85 cleaning fee. All guests with dogs must adhere to our house rules for pets. Thank you for your cooperation!

Use of any outdoor equipment is at your own risk, and the rental agreement must be signed prior to use.

Grill: We ask our guests to clean the grill after use or before check out as a courtesy to the next guests otherwise, additional $35 fee will be charged for cleaning the grill. Thank you!

Please make sure to bring your own beach towels as we only provide bath towels.

Ice: Please note that we do not have an ice maker available on the premises, we kindly request that guests bring their own ice if needed.

Winter time: Given the harsh and unpredictable New England weather, we do not guarantee that deck will be cleared off during the winter time. We're hoping for your understanding!
