This is a clean beautiful one family home where you can rest for the night for a weekend gateway to many attractions. Spend a night in a mix of classic interior and modern design home. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. With an amazing space to enjoy time with family and friends.
Living room is fully furnished with sofa, Roku tv, internet, Wi-Fi. Reading and coloring books to keep kids busy and entertained. Live houseplants to help keep the indoor air clean. Dining area where you and your family can enjoy a meal and have wholesome conversations.
The kitchen is also on the first floor. It is furnished with basic cooking and eating utensils. Coffee, tea, sugar, coffee creamer, salt and pepper, ketchup, mustard, mayo, hot sauce are all provided. There is a refrigerator, dishwasher microwave, coffee maker and toaster for use.
There are 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom located upstairs on the second floor. The bedrooms are furnished with one queen-size bed each a corner stand or table, fans and window AC. Trash cans are provide in each room for your use to keep the rooms clean. These rooms are kept simple and clean to help to give you a good night's rest.
The bathroom has all basic necessities to care for your daily hygiene such as soap, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush, toothpaste, hair dryer and an iron with a countertop ironing board.

This property is located walking distance to State Street where many restaurants and fast foods are located.

Central park and Rose Garden 5 minutes walk. Proctors, movie town, Casino 10 minutes drive, Museum of science and innovation, 20 minutes to Empire State Plaza, Crossgates Mall, about 40 minutes to Howe's Cavern

We do not offer washer and dyer use but access can be provided if needed at an additional cost. The backyard use can also be provided but with advance notice and an additional fee.

Keyless entry into the house will be via the backdoor. There is a door and front porch camera to for security purpose. We ask if you can please not walk with shoes inside the house but leave it by the door. It will be inside away from natural elements.
