This beautiful 3-bedroom and 2 1/2 bath condo has everything you need for your next Panama City Beach vacation.  Three large bedrooms offer plenty of room to accommodate up to 8 quests.

This unit allows parking for two vehicles.  Parking fee is $40.00.

St. Thomas square is directly on Grand Lagoon and has a private dock for fishing and docking a boat (If you are bringing a boat, please include that in your message when booking.  There is a dock fee and boat registration process). Only on block from the public beach access. The resort has a pool, clubhouse, sauna, 2 lighted tennis courts, 1 pickle ball court, shuffleboard, barbecue grills, and fire pit.  The resort is conveniently located next to restaurants, a winery.  Across the street from the famous Ms. Newby's bar and Hammer Head Freds.

When you get the urge to explore, close by is the fabulous Pier Park.  Pier Park is Panama City's Beach's premier shopping and Entertaiment destination.

Frank Brown Park Sports Complex home to seasonal tournaments and events.  Frank Brown Park is the largest park in Panama City Beach.  Just over 100 acres, includes baseball, softball, soccer fields, batting cages, and more.
