With a spacious gulf front master bedroom with King-size bed and access to the 30’ Ft. balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, private bathroom plus a separate Bunk Room & a sleeper sofa. Other amenities include nine foot ceilings, granite countertops, and crown moldings. This newly remodeled condo is clean, attractive and provides breathtaking views of the emerald green waters from all rooms.

Tidewater Beach Resort is one of Panama City Beach’s newest Beachfront Condos, ideally situated on a large expanse of sugar-white sandy beaches along the Gulf of Mexico and convenient to the areas’ finest dining, shopping and activities, Tidewater Beach promises to deliver a world-class vacation experience. This Gulf-front condo is located on the 10th floor. The unit provides one Master bedroom, one bunk room, sleeper queen sofa, two full baths, kitchen, living room with a large double balcony. Sleeping accommodations: Up to six, with a plush King-size bed, a bunk room, sofa sleeper with plush mattresses, blow dryer, iron & ironing board,..Kitchen: Refrigerator with icemaker, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker, toaster, blender, pots, pans, plates, glasses, flatware, everything a gourmet chef would need...Dining: Table plus serving bar with four bar stools.. Other amenities: Large (52”) HD plasma TV in the living room, 30”plasma TV in the bedroom, cable television with many high definition channels, free WiFi Internet access; all you need to bring is your clothes. This is our home and we want you to feel at home staying here. This is a NON-SMOKING unit & facility. Extra fees will be taken out of deposit if cleaning disclosure smoking in our unit.

The condo itself was great! Owner was easy to work with and communicated well. The resort was clean and we had a good experience overall. Needs more elevators but we tried to avoid during busy times and it was fine.

We found cockroaches in the bedroom, we had to make up our bunk beds and didn’t have enough sheets to supply the unit. Floors had food on them and it was absolutely filthy. Will never rent again

It was a beautiful place with great amenities! Friendliness from the employees lacked a ton. No one said hello, good morning, nothing the whole week we were there. So we started saying it to them! Elevators had a terribly long wait time no matter what time it was. Other than those things, we had a wonderful stay. Great location as well. One of our favorites.

The condo itself was great. The pool and location were great. Just like most reviews of this complex (i'm sure) the elevator system was sooo slow. With greater than 600 units, they do the best they can but there is just too many floors and units. Best advice is get a lower floor. Now about our specific unit, though the price was good, the communications with the owner were TERRIBLE! Door lock code was wrong. Microwave did not work. Coffee maker did not work. Worst of all, the owner did nothing about the appliances. Not even a text back! We spent the week without!

Beautiful views
Room is as pictured. Beautiful views of the water from living and bedroom. Even from the 10th floor you hear the water on the beach. Kitchen is small, but has everything you need for small meals. Beds are comfy and had nice quality sheets. There are some paper items, but for stays longer than a couple days you need to bring your own supplies. We had a couple small issues. Microwave doesn't actually heat - owner had handyman come by and said she would replace it, but was not able to do so before the end of our 8 day stay. Could not ever get bedroom TV to work - power on to all components but screen stayed black. Lock on front door is very frustrating. You lock it, check it, jiggle handle, check again and it's fully unlocked. We would spend 5-10 min making sure the door actually locked each time we left the unit. Connie was responsive, but couldn't really fix much quickly being long distance. She was apologetic for the issues. Things break when you have many different people staying in your place. Overall these are small things and we made it work. The complex is very nice and well maintained. Access to beach is quick and easy and a very amazing area. The restaurant on property (Waves) had great food and the staff was awesome! Many reviews talk about the elevators. Take this seriously! On average we would wait 10 min for an elevator. But in the mornings and evenings it was 20 min. They test your patience for sure! Though this is no fault of the owners. I ran into another lady that owned a unit there. She said the elevators are only an issue in end of June, July and part of August. Parking garage has plenty of room, but people can't seem to read the one way signs, so stay vigilant to avoid a wreck. Overall the stay was great! The room had everything we needed and loved the views from the balcony.

Great condo!
This condo is great. Very nice room with plenty of space. Washer and dryer in the condo is so nice. Rental was very smooth. Tenth floor is convenient in case you need to use the stairs (elevators seem very busy during a holiday week). Nice that the parking is secure and just across the street with covered walkway. Nice indoor and outdoor pools. Easy beach access. Close to everything, especially Frank Brown Park. I would definitely stay in this room again.

The Condo was perfect for our vist! The views from the 10th floor were outstanding! The Condo complex is within a quick walk to the pier and shops. The Condo had everything we needed and the owner was great. She quickly answered any questions. We would plan on staying at the same Condo on the next visit to Panama City!

Incredible vacation
The condo was perfect for my family, it was very nice and clean, we had a great time. We watched the fireworks on the 4th of July on the balcony and it was amazing. We will definitely be returning to PCB and to Tidewater.

A nice place to stay in a great location!
We enjoyed our week in this unit and thought the view from the balcony was wonderful. It was also quite nice to be able to walk down to Pier Park on the beach as well as being in a more central location as opposed to staying out on 30A. The condo was well furnished and we had everything we needed to make the stay comfortable. As far as the tower goes, I was glad that I was staying no higher than the 10th floor as the wait for elevators could be quite long at times, so we found ourselves using the stairs whenever possible. Parking in a covered deck with a skybridge across Front Beach Road was a nice thing too as the car wasn't super hot when we did get into it to go places and we were able to dodge the odd ubiquitous Florida afternoon thunderstorm after parking by not having to walk in the rain. Overall, I would consider staying in this unit in the future with my family again.

Very nice view. Bathrooms were clean and it was nice to have a washing machine and dryer in the room. The location was great and near restaurants. The general condition of the rental was ok. Some of the the cookware was old and difficult to cook with, and some of the platters and dishes to the left of the oven in an open cabinet were dusty. The front patio furniture was dry rotted, so we had to be careful when sitting on it, and the curtains in the master were missing some hangers and corners were hanging down. Waits for elevators were long and unless you ordered beach service for a week, you had to walk down each morning to reserve one and they were very close to others. There is a policy that others can not place chairs and umbrellas in front, but it was not enforced. Most days only one of the pools was open, so the pool was crowded. It was very congested at check in and out times. We had to wait a considerable amount of time for a cart to load and unload. I would not choose to stay here again.

The condo was perfect for our family. Very nice and plenty of room.
We stayed for 7 nights and really enjoyed the room. The ocean was really rough while we were there so it was nice to have the swimming pools at the resort. Very Nice, I would recommend this property to others. The only problem we had was initially getting into the room. This was my first VRBO and I didn't realize I needed room information before we got there but the owner was very helpful and took care of it. The beach is one of my favorite places to be!!

Escaping to the beach.
The resort is very nice. Safe and convenient to shopping and restaurants. The elevators in the resort can be slow, sometimes very slow. The condo was equipped with all you would need for a stay. Beautiful views from the balcony. The condo was very nice. We'd stay again.

Lovely condo!
My family and I really enjoyed his lovely condo. It was very clean and as described in the listing and the pictures. I think what I liked most is that the master bedroom faced the gulf and had its own sliding doors out to the balcony and the king size bed was so comfy! We've stayed in other one BR condos and the master was always in the back. The bunk room was especially nice for my 15 year old daughter and her friend. They liked the privacy that it provided and having their own attached bathroom. The bunk room has two drawers and a small closet so plenty of storage to unpack clothes and store suitcases. Plenty of towels and washcloths were provided. The kitchen had everything we needed. We didn't do a lot of cooking though, just breakfast and a light lunch. We rented beach chairs and just a word of advise, rent them the day prior to going to the beach. You will avoid standing in the long line at 7:00 am plus you can request the front row. Another word of advise, as others have mentioned, the elevators are slow so when you have a chance to get on one, get on whether it's going up or down. At times we waited 10-15 minutes, but once you get on its pretty quick getting to the floor you need. We spent several evenings at Pier Park shopping and strolling. It's always a hit with teenagers. Nearby restaurants that we enjoyed were The Back Porch and Boondocks. We had one rainy day so on a recommendation we drove to Fort Walton and ate at the Magnolia House. What a great find! We will definitely go there again. The food was great and it was such a neat place. Another evening we went to our favorite place, the Red Bar in Grayton Beach. The food is amazing, the music was outstanding and always a fun atmosphere. I highly recommend. We spent one whole day visiting the towns along 30-A. Seaside and Santa Rosa are my favorites. If you have a chance, go! You won't be disappointed. All in all we had a wonderful time. I would recommend this property and Connie was so easy to work with. She always responded quickly to any questions I had.

This is our 2nd home, we live in Memphis, I’m a retired Police Officer here in Memphis. This is our beach getaway. We enjoy cooking and have provided everything you will need for a romantic meal while watching the magnificent ocean views from the living area or bedroom. We do not have multiple condos so we are a little picky with our rental. It has upgrades from your average rental.

Less than 1/2 mile from the New Pier Park Mall and over 600 sq. ft. of the most desirable white sand Gulf frontage shoreline.
