As you approach the property, you are greeted by lush landscaped grounds, where manicured gardens and towering trees create a sense of tranquility.

On entering the home, a welcoming foyer sets the stage for what lies ahead, leading you to the bright and spacious living room with large windows that bathe the space in natural light. A cozy fireplace, a bright alcove and a plush sofa invite you to unwind and relax. For book lovers, the library offers shelves filled with literary treasures waiting to be discovered. The heart of the home is the chef's kitchen, fully equipped with modern appliances, a large kitchen island, ample counter space, and a cozy breakfast nook for casual dining. Sunset Hill is approximately 2.5 hours from New York City, and while you'll definitely want a car to get enjoy the region. In the winter, we recommend a car with four-wheel drive that can handle the snow and gravel roads. There is plenty of parking on the premises.
