1. Holiday decor for Thanksgiving and Christmas will be placed prior to their respective dates. Decor can be removed for the duration of a stay upon guest request.

2. This property uses MINUT- A device that monitors humidity, noise and smoke and occupancy inside the property. You can feel rest assured that Minut is camera-free and doesn’t record conversations, images or personal data. It is 100% privacy safe.

3.Exterior Security Cameras- For guest safety, exterior security cameras are placed at the main entrance area and left pillar of the upper deck facing the backyard. They record video and audio of the driveway, walkway, part of the front yard, playground area, backyard, including the area around the grill 24/7. We have access to cameras at all times.
