Ease of access via state highways and blacktop roads. Inquire about gravel roads if concerned as the road conditions can change. Just 3 hours from St. Louis and Kansas City and a half day drive from Nebraska, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas and Arkansas you have great access for families to connect and gather. International airport is in Kansas City and regional airports are available in Columbia and Springfield.

Best location and pools

Second time at this complex. You can’t beat these pools and the location by both land and water. And as silly as this sounds, after staying in about 10 different units in the area the past year and a half, this one has the best living room. We play hard all day and crash at night on the couch. This place had the best sectional couch and the biggest TV we’ve ever seen at a condo.

We had a wonderful time. The condo was gorgeous, the view was great and the pools were perfect! We had the best time!

Nice condo but room for improvement

The condo was very beautiful & comfortable. The location was great. The on-site pools were clean and nice. The areas that need improvement are property management & cleanliness. Before check-in I received a text to look for an email with check-in information but they did not mention there would be several separate emails pertaining to check-in. If you book this property be aware that you will get 3 or 4 emails of information instead of one with a few attachments. When I reached out to the property manager asking questions about things they were responsive but it seemed like they were annoyed by telling me that they sent me a email about it but I didn’t open it. I also reported the issues we had with the cleanliness of the condo and they completely ignored that information. When we arrived, there was food in the master bedroom & in the kids room, a wad of hair on one of the shower walls and the floors were filthy. You could not walk around barefoot without the bottoms of your feet covered in dirt. Lastly since this is a pretty new condo complex there was a lot of construction still going on and a lot of noise late into the night.
