The surrounding neighborhood is home to both newly-arrived expats and families that have lived in the same homes for decades.
There are several small corner markets around for groceries (some of which are open 24/7)

w. freezer, dishwasher (detergent provided) coffee maker, electric kettle/tea machine, utensils, pots & pans. You can use the stock available in the kitchen.
Tea-bags, coffee, principle spices, vinegar, olive oil and more will be available in the kitchen when you check-in and are free to use.
