Bryant's Beach Bungalow is a stunning 2-bedroom, 3-story single-family home, offering everything you need for a perfect getaway.
Enter through the first floor where you'll find garage access leading to a backyard oasis. The backyard features an outdoor dining table, grill, and additional seating, perfect for BBQ nights and enjoying the beautiful Florida weather.
The second floor opens up to a spacious, open floor plan with a dining area, cozy family room with a smart TV, and a fully stocked kitchen for home-cooked meals. There is also a desk for any work-from-home needs. The guest bedroom with a queen bed and balcony access is located on this floor, along with a bonus den featuring another queen bed and balcony access. The balcony, equipped with a spiral staircase to the backyard, is a great spot for morning coffee. A full-sized washer and dryer are also conveniently located in the den's closet. The first bathroom serves all second-floor spaces.
The third story is dedicated to the master suite - a very spacious area, boasting a king bed, a large walk-in closet, and an expansive bathroom. From here, enjoy breathtaking ocean views.
