Step into the vibrant charm of North Park with our eye-catching, blue boho-retro home, accented by a cheerful yellow door and surrounded by lush cacti. As you enter, you'll find yourself in an open-plan living and dining area, complete with a comfy brown leather couch—perfect for relaxing with vinyl tunes on our record player or getting lost in a good book. The kitchen is fully equipped for whipping up meals, making it easy to dine in or entertain.

This quaint home comfortably accommodates four guests in two bedrooms, each featuring a cozy queen bed. Refresh and unwind in a full bathroom that includes both a bath and a shower. For added convenience, a washer and dryer are included to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Perfectly situated for exploring, our home is just steps from vibrant gyms like Crank Cycling & BoxFit, and a plethora of dining options including Lazy Eye Coffee, Thai Time, Falafel Heights, Better Blendz, Working Class Bar, Moe Coffee & Starbucks.

Dog lovers will appreciate being only 0.2 miles from North Park Community Dog Park. Venture a bit further to Morley Field Sports Complex (1.4 miles), Balboa Park (3 miles), and easily access San Diego International Airport, (just 9 miles away). Ideal for a memorable getaway to San Diego!

Please note, the property does not have private parking; all parking is on city streets. Guests will need to find available parking and adhere to all posted street parking signs. The property is separated from a long-term rented back casita by a fence. Guests should not enter the back area during their stay.

Great place unless you rent a car

Comfy beds. Small but suitable. Parking was impossible. After asking the host upon arrival for parking tips, she let us know we could double park out front of the unit and ‘be careful of street signs’. Not being familiar with the area we found a $52 ticket the next morning after parking on a street sweeping day. Would have helped if the host made us aware of the schedule as The sign was literally 50 feet from where we parked… Units are likely deep cleaned quarterly, maybe we were mid cycle, we were afraid to use the a/c the dirt was so thick. The lighting throughout was harsh, the lamp On the bedroom didn’t have a bulb. The kitchen faucet handle is missing a set screw and falls off. The only toilet is very loose. Other than that, the area has lots of coffee options.

Great location in North Park. Horrible street parking situation.

We love the location and the cottage was roomy, clean and close to restaurants. It was within walking distance to so many fun places. The only drawback is the parking. Visitors coming there and employees parking, most of the time it was hard to get a parking place within two blocks if that, unless it was before 7:30 AM or after 8 PM
