About this space
Our eco-friendly 1,200 sq ft. Treetop Home is located in the heart of Branson, minutes from every amenity and attraction that you can imagine. We have luxury memory foam beds, soft Egyptian cotton sheets, and fluffy towels to pamper you during your stay. The Queen sleeper sofa is new. Your family can enjoy the outdoor saltwater pool (end of May through August). Our top floor penthouse unit is 1 of 4 in our building, allowing for privacy, serenity, and security. Extra parking is close.
The space
One of the best attributes of our home is that it is quiet, although it is located in the center of everything (down the hill from the Boardwalk Aquarium). Also, it has plenty of natural light from the windows in the vaulted ceilings. You can look out over the treetops or down onto the grassy areas (instead of other buildings) as you eat at the dining table or wash your hands at the kitchen sink. All linens are washed in dye and scent free detergent making them eco-friendly.
Guest access
The community outdoor pool is located across the grassy area from our home. It is literally just a few yards away.

You have one reserved parking spot in front of the building, but there are several unmarked spots very close by for others in your group to use, unlike other buildings in this complex.
Other things to note
Our condo is located in what is considered a residential complex, it is not in a resort. Therefore, the owners association has asked us to convey to our guests that quiet hours should be observed from 10 pm to 7 am each day. Also, smoking and vaping (inside or outside) is not allowed. Guest pets are also not allowed. Please do not park in any numbered parking spaces other than the #4 reserved spot. There is additional parking in unnumbered spots very close to our building if you prefer to use those. Trailers are prohibited.
