- Please be advised: This home is located on a beautiful, private residential street, however on the other side of the boulevard is a busier roadway, which can at times have louder traffic volumes.
- Above the garage is a stunning Laneway Suite that is available to host 3 additional guests for an extra fee, subject to availability.
- If you are not booking the Laneway Suite it may be open to other guests. However, it has its own privacy and has no shared spaces with this home except for one short pathway leading to the Laneway Suite
