Dive into the pool and savor panoramic mountain views—we offer garage parking. Ideal for families, pets, and friends, our home provides comfort and convenience. Explore the nearby South Mountain trails (under two blocks away), relax in the shaded patio, and cook up a storm in the fully equipped kitchen.

This property boasts three bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open-concept living and dining area, an inviting front firepit, and an expansive back deck/patio with stunning mountain views.

During your stay, the garage is a shared space with the owner, primarily for access to the washer and dryer.

The entire home is available for your use except for the RV/Trailer parked in the front driveway, which the owner (myself) occupied. You may occasionally see me coming and going during your stay, but your privacy and comfort are a priority. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to ask.

While no interaction with guests is necessary, I will be readily available if you require assistance or have any questions during your stay. Your comfort and convenience are my top priorities.
