Note that one bedroom is on the first floor, which has a king bed and a day bed that turns into two twins. There's also a small kitchenette and a bathroom here. To access this room, you need to go through the garage or use the spiral staircase. We advise those with balance issues to avoid the spiral staircase.

There are fun things to do here, including a hot tub on the balcony with a water view and a floating dock for your boat. The hot tub needs weekly cleaning, so the pool company will need to enter the house to maintain it. We will do our best to work around your schedule. There's a parking limit of six cars or trailers and two watercrafts. Please be considerate to the locals and avoid causing any wakes. Enjoy your stay and make the most of this beautiful spot!

-Property is monitored by a camera at the entrance and another on the northeast corner looking to the backyard.
-After booking you must sign a contract and send a copy of your ID within 24hrs.
