I'm originally from Washington State and my Husband is from Florida. I am in the military so we have moved all over the U.S. as well as lived in Germany for a few years. We are passionate about the outdoors, and aviation, and I enjoy flying for the Air Force while my husband enjoys Engineering for our careers. We have been hosting on Air BnB/VRBO for two years, and also have been long-term rental landlords for over a decade, and have enjoyed the aspects of STR so far.
Why they chose this property
We love Atlantic Beach and enjoyed the property ourselves for a few years riding beach cruisers, surfing, checking out new eateries around AB town center etc.
What makes this property unique
This property is located very conveniently to the beach, beaches town center, Hannah park, Mayport Naval Station and to multiple hospitals as well as University of North Florida and Jacksonville University.
