This lovely pristine home will welcome you. Smoke and pet free, your allergies will thank you for choosing this place! Our properties have long driveways, so room to park your car, truck and or trailer. Great Sand Dunes is about 40 minutes away, world class skiing at Wolf Creek only 17 miles. If you have a large group, check us out! We have a total of 6 homes, you can enjoy time with friends and family, yet space to chill too! You'll find a front porch to gaze at the river, enjoy your coffee! The back deck has a firepit to cozy around and rehash your day. Summer fun is easy here! You'll also enjoy Autumn leaf peeping, and Winter skiing!
