Cozy family-friendly home.

Great communication from owners before and during the stay. Amy was very quick to answer questions we had. The home was well kept, felt cozy and owners went above and beyond with providing plenty of extra toiletries (toothbrushes, q-tips, toothpaste, etc), PLENTY of bath and beach towels, books, board games, outdoor chairs, lounging chairs, etc. the kitchen was well stocked with utensils, plates, cups. The list goes on. I was impressed. The kids loved the bocce court and enjoyed learning about it as it was their first experience with it. The bunk beds were super sturdy. A/C worked well in all rooms. Home was well maintained and checked all the boxes. Thank you for helping make our mini vacation so great!

Why they chose this property

The home is set in the middle of it all. Head in any direction and you will find yourself in a Lakes Region hot spot. This beautiful post and beam farmhouse is just 20 minutes from Meredith, 20 minutes from Wolfeboro, 35 minutes from Gunstock Mountain, 50 minutes from North Conway, and 60 minutes from both Loon Mountain and the White Mountains.

The home sits just .2 miles down the road from the beautiful Castle in the Clouds mansion and hiking trails, across the street from late fall/winter horseback riding and just 4 minutes down the road from Lake Winnipesaukee's States Landing Beach and boat launch.

What makes this property unique

It is less than a half mile from Castle in the Clouds and Lake Winnipesaukee. It is equidistant from Wolfeboro and Meredith (20 minutes in either direction). Our home also has a large yard with a bocce court, horse shoes and a firepit with 6 Adirondack chairs for family fun and relaxation.
