Please note that with its proximity to SeaTac, the complex is located under a flight path and have considerable noise outside the buildings, thought it gets quieter in the evening after 10pm. The windows have been upgraded to lessen the impact and we provide earplugs for noise sensitive guests.

**Additional Disclosures**
• This unit is on the 2nd floor with no elevator and guests should be comfortable with stairs. This is a middle floor unit with neighbors above and below. With wooden floors, you might hear guests in the upper unit. At the same time, please be considerate of the people downstairs; no running, stomping and loud music.
•Laundry room is shared and free to use. It is located on the ground floor of each building. We provide a washer, dryer, laundry detergent, iron & ironing board for your convenience.
• Parking is included for one car. Additional parking might be available on a first-come, first served basis.
• Please note that there is an ongoing construction happening right next door to the building.

**About the Reservation**
• In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening.
• We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise.
• For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.

**About Fees & Pricing**
• We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday’s pricing.
• Pet fee: Well-trained pets are welcome at $50 per pet. Please let us know if you’ll be bringing your pet and how many. Pet fee is not included in the VRBO total and is processed after reservation is confirmed.

**House Rules**
• This is a pet friendly home but kindly refrain from allowing pets on furniture/linens including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Please do not leave pets unattended; please bring poop bags and pick up after your pets.
• Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.
