Luxury Villa, private swimming pool only 300 meters to the center of town

In order to provide a safe stay for you and your family, we make sure our cleaning standards meet the current needs of travelers. For this reason we are taking the following actions:
Hand sanitizer available in the property upon arrival
We clean all our towels and linen with high temperatures and products that will kill 100% of germs.
We change all our linen and towels after every stay.
Use one good product to disinfect surfaces all around the property.

Placed in a quiet residential area of Alvôr, this delightful new house is on two floors.

The ground floor has two bedrooms, in suite a very large living/dining room with patio doors overlooking the terrace and pool.

The fully equipped kitchen leads into a covered terrace area which has a built-in barbeque around the corner.

The pool has shallow section for children. Pool furniture and the alfresco eating facilities on the covered terrace are in teak and fittings throughout the house are of very good quality.

On the floors is the master bedroom with an en-suite full bathroom and a further twin-bedroom with en-suite shower room bathroom. Both these bedrooms have a small veranda with partial sea view.

A car port is provided for guest's cars.

The villa is air-conditioned.

Within walking distance of centre of Alvôr (200 metres approx.) and just 1,2 Km from the beach at Alvôr, this delightful villa is finished and furnished to a very high standard.

Wonderful
Fantastic Villa 5 min walk to shops and pubs, but out of the way on a quiet one way side street. Hostess Maria Helena was fantastic and nothing was a problem for her. She even baked me a cake for my 60th birthday. Would recommend the Villa to anyone planning a visit to Alvor.

Beautiful property!
We loved staying at this property as it was beautiful; large well decorated rooms, well stocked gourmet kitchen and gorgeous outdoor area with private pool and dining area. It was paradise and Lena was friendly, efficient and kind! Cannot wait to stay there again in the future!

We had a great time at the house. Plenty of room for the extended family. The pool area is excellent and having a child’s pool was a welcome bonus for our 18 month old grandson. Already looking to book again for next year.

Absolutely fabulous villa
We’ve just had the most amazing stay at the villa. Everything was perfect and Maria Helena was kind enough to stay up when we didn’t arrive until midnight due to a cancelled flight. The location is fantastic and the villa was so well equipped with everything you would need. Thank you so much for looking after us x

The villa was dirty and needs updating
Location good but the pool area was filthy on arrival and the bathrooms looked like they had not been cleaned at all. Floors all dirty and had not been mopped. Most of the furniture etc needs updating. Good access to Alvor on foot and supermarket close by. Plenty of outside space.

Amazing Villa in Alvor
Our stay at the villa was lovely and we will definitely come back again, if possible. The beautiful villa lies in a quiet neighbourhood in Alvor and it takes only a few minutes to walk to the next big supermarket, restaurants and bars. We really enjoyed our holiday with the big pool, nice barbecues and lovely days at the beach of Alvor. Thank you for everything, dear Lena! Best wishes from all of us!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful villa. The villa is located right in the heart of Alvor and so is convenient to all amenities. The pool itself and the pool accessories are of the highest standard. We loved our stay and would not hesitate in recommending the property. Lena is a lovely lady and so very helpful....we loved our chats with her!

We had a wonderful stay in the villa it is close to the village via a short hill. The check in and out was easy and without a hitch. The pool area is well maintained.The pool beds are sturdy and comfortable the one suggestion that I would make is pool lights for night time. The villa is well equipped with kitchen utensils pots pans etc The villa would benefit with some small improvements. I know it’s self catering but a small welcome/supply pack would be very welcome to all visitors .This was our first villa holiday we enjoyed it so much but There were no cleaning products although when I asked for a lend of a vacuum cleaner it came very quickly. The toilet seat in main bedroom is all cracked underneath the seat I did not expect this, it made the villa less appealing. There was some mold around the bath and showers this could be easily fixed and make it more appealing . This villa could be so special if it had small improvements. The lady who owns it is friendly and gave my grandson a few inflatables to play with in the pool.which we greatly appreciated. The owner lives near by and is very responsive to guests.

Schönes Haus in angenehmer Umgebung
Die Villa ist sehr schön, jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Badezimmer, was es für mehrere Parteien angenehm macht. Der Pool ist im Sommer sicher sehr schön, er wird picobello sauber gehalten, im Winter aber zu kalt, weil ungeheizt. Es war eine schöne Zeit in Alvor für meine Familie und mich.

Maria est une hôte très accueillante et qui se met à disposition en cas de soucis. Aucun soucis pour nous, très souriante et aimable Le séjour était agréable dans la maison, pas de soucis. Piscine très propre, même si nous n'avons pu l'utiliser. Rien à redire, c'était vraiment sympa !

Beautiful villa in a great location near to shops, beach, restaurants etc. The villa was spotless, with lots of room for everyone and a well stocked kitchen. The outside area was magnificent with great sized pool for all to enjoy and lovely seating areas, BBQ and sun loungers. Maria Helena was an excellent host and we will be returning.

Wonderful vacation in a fabulous villa
We stayed a week with family of six in this luxurious villa. Beautiful bedrooms, each one decorated individually, big terrace and pool, a fully equipped kitchen plus outside barbecue - and all of that in short walking distance to the village of Alvor. We enjoyed our stay very much and highly recommend this wonderful place!

Fabulous villa, pool and location!
Lena was fabulous and made everything so easy. The property was lovely and had everything you needed. The villa is in a perfect locations, so close to the village, shops and beach. Will definitely be returning again soon!
