As advertised

The apartment was super clean and updated. Easy to find and conveniently located near my job which I was traveling to town for. The host was very responsive when I needed to reach out. My only concern was a very noisy upstairs tenant.

Kitchen faucet was not working , the toilet was not flushing, I had to remove lid and do it manually, the main fence to the parking lot was not opening. The street ( San Jacinto) where this property is located is being redone , digging everywhere, detour and machines everywhere

Great for quick in and out

Overall the listing was correct. Cozy and clean. The property manager was communicative and the instructions were great. Wifi was solid and in general everything worked out fine. The best part was the cost and you should line up your expectations with that cost. This isn't a 250 a night property, but that is not what you paid for. It is a solid property and once you get into the apartment, everything is nice!ProsCleanNice showerfull kitchenwasher/dryerPriceConsbedroom really tight for 2 peopleToilet water needed to be reset after 2 flushesThe neighborhood was a bit rougher than expected and the property as a whole wasn't the nicest.
