Private 2nd floor apartment with 9 stairs to climb to access a 1 Bedroom Apartment -king bed (brand new) with a comfy queen pull-out sofa sleeper in living room SLEEPS 3. Private entrance and private porch, looking to the lake. Ample of parking Dining area offers seating for 4. Kitchen is equipped with full-sized freezer and fridge combo, electric oven range, and a large pantry and dishwasher. We provide dishware, silverware, and cookware along with your standard kitchen knick-knacks. Washer/dryer. Large 43" smart TV wifi on entire property including dock Y. Back: Patio, grill, firepit, lawn chairs, hammock. Front: Fire Pit sitting area, dock sitting area. NO USE OF DOCK FOR OWN BOAT OR PWC.

We provide 2 Kayaks and paddle boards and life jackets for your use, or bring your own. Come stroll down the dock and dip your toes in the water. For swimming, the lake is accessible via stairs attached to the dock.
