3 BR & 3.5 Bath Beach retreat with Private beach/lake access in the exclusive Water Sound Beach Peninsula Neighborhood--No crowds to fight in Water Sound Beach! (Be cautious many units near Big Chill do not have beach access that is walkable or private yet advertise as Watersound).Rent beach chairs and bikes or hit the nature trails or paddle board in the lake. Short walk to Big Chill area for restaurants and shopping or quick drive to Rosemary or Alys Beach area. Only 30 minutes from Panama City Beach airport.

Why they chose this property
We love the walkability (is that a word!). Morning coffee strolling around lake and to ocean. Quick trip to all our fav stores, eateries, and Camp Creek/Watersound Beach Club…no one owns the beach front with big high rises or mega mansions here. We all get to enjoy it and also can enjoy 30a without the traffic.
What makes this property unique
Ours is a rare 3/3 in neighborhood with 5/5 units and a lower price point. It is surrounded on two sides by pine trees so way way more private feeling plus large back parking area and room being at end of cove and end of alley street. Love the porch swing! Also the upgrades in the house are awesome…I personally have the Pandora going on the sound system all the time.
