Oceanfront 3-bedroom/2-bath, end-unit condo on the top floor (4th floor) of the Skyline East condominium building (25th Street) – directly on the Boardwalk.
Unit has renovated open floor plan, state-of-the-art kitchen, two newly remodeled bathrooms, tile floors, Smart TVs in every room, and extra-large balcony.
Perfect place to be in OCMD: Oceanfront and on the north-end of the Boardwalk – you can walk to all the “action” without being “in” the action.
Master bedroom has queen bed with private bath. Second bedroom has queen bed, and third bed room has bunk bed with full bed on bottom & twin bed on top. Unit has washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, central air and free WiFi.
Skyline building has private elevator (shared by only 6 units), and one dedicated parking spot is provided with the unit. The beach in front of the building is the largest in Ocean City with beautiful views from all condo windows.
This is the BEST Ocean City has to offer. Near everything....shopping, restaurants, activities, etc. Park and never have to move your vehicle.
Condo is in the BEST location for the off-season activities:
• Walking distance to all of the major festivals: Ocean’s Calling, Country Calling, Sunfest, Christmas Inlet Lights, Springfest, Professional Bull Riders event, etc.
•. On the north-end of the Boardwalk to see the off-season parades and events: OC Air Show, Classic Car Shows, BikeFest, St Patrick’s Day events, etc.
•. Close to the Convention Center and Performing Arts Center with on-going performances.
•. Near the best restaurants that are open year-around: Marlin Moon, Ocean 13, Coins, Ristorante Antipasti, etc.
