Spacious Alaskan home located in the Anchorage borough just outside of the city. Great view of Bear Mountain, Safe friendly neighborhood so please bring the whole family!
Get outside of the congested city! Just a short 25 minute drive from Anchorage. Close to fishing, hiking, hunting, sightseeing, Glaciers, wildlife viewing, parks.
Ample large vehicle parking (RV, trailer or boat ) for additional fee of $100 per stay. 2 acres
a typical Alaskan home with wood burning fireplace and hydronic heater
Centrally located, just off AK-1. (Glenn highway), easy to find.
Plenty of parking on property for large vehicles including full sized RV's
The Mirror lake and Park is walking distance and stocked with Rainbow Trout.
Lake Eklutna Park is approximately 15 miles away in the mountains, there you can find an abundance of Alaskan Wildlife including Moose, black and brown bears, Sheep, and Mountain Goats in a very beautiful mountain terrain
Includes entire house except for a garage and basement
Owner lives at the rear of property in another building. Property is 2 acres. We remain out of site and will respect your privacy

Eklutna Historical Park and St. Nicholas Russian Orthodox Church are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Moose Run Golf Course and Eagle and Symphony Lakes Trailhead. Reindeer Farm and Alaska Live Steamers are also worth visiting. Make sure you get close to the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
