This home welcomes up to two well-behaved dogs with prior approval and a $50/pet fee. (Please note the yard is only partially fenced, and dogs must be kept on the property.)

Please note: Video cameras/noise monitoring may be present outside the home's exterior. The dock is being replaced and is currently inaccessible; work will be done in the canal area during summer/fall 2024. Please be aware that canal levels fluctuate throughout the day with tides and throughout the year, so plan accordingly.
