Welcome to Fox Hollow! A newly built, luxury chalet in the beautiful Poconos, located steps from the lake. Stay in this brand new 6 bed/3 bath, 3-story chalet that accommodates up to 16 guests and 6 vehicles! It has a spacious layout, boasting large windows with partial lake views from inside the home or the exterior front deck. Fox Hollow features a hot tub, deck with lake views, fully stocked coffee & tea bar, fireplace, propane BBQ, pool table, arcade game, WiFi, smart TVs, board games +more. The home is well-appointed with everything you will need during your stay. Cozy up to the fireplace in the evening or unwind in the hot tub. The private community (Towamensing Trails) it is located in offers amenities (pool, beach access, sports courts, clubhouse dining +more). When entering Fox Hollow, you’ll be greeted by a game room including an 86 in smart TV with streaming and a Bose soundbar, board games, pool table, and vintage arcade game. Outside the sliding glass doors, step to the patio with 2 large picnic tables, a propane Weber BBQ grill, cornhole, and a 6-person hot tub with a lounger seat. Washer/Dryer also located on this floor.
On the main floor you have an open concept kitchen and living room that allows for comfortable entertaining for all your guests. The chef’s kitchen is well-appointed with all your cooking and baking needs (including salt, pepper, and extra virgin olive oil) and all dining ware necessary for up to 16 guests. Our coffee and tea bar has everything you need, including coffee, decaf coffee, creamer, assorted tea bags, and even cinnamon. We provide a Ninja coffee maker with K-cup capability (K-cups not included), French press, and electric kettle. Wine glasses and barware is also provided. The dining table can sit up to 12 people and the adjacent kitchen island can sit up to 4 people. The living room has a stone gas fireplace, large sectional sofa with additional seating, a 55 in smart TV with streaming, access to the upstairs deck, and partial lake views from the large windows.
On the top floor you can find the trendy loft that overlooks the living/dining space and views of the lake. The loft has a desk that is great for working remotely with a beautiful view and a day bed with a pull-out trundle tucked in a nook for additional privacy.
There are 2 bedrooms located on each of the 3 floors. Five of the 6 bedrooms have queen beds with Casper memory-foam mattresses for a comfortable night sleep. The 6th bedroom, located on the top floor is designated as a kids room and has 2 twin bunk beds (please note these are primarily for children and top bunks have a weight restriction according to the manufacturer). There is 1 full-bathroom (each with a walk in shower) located on each floor of the 3 stories.
Guests have access to the entire property. Towamensing Trails community provides the following amenities: the lake/beach, swimming pool, and sports courts (tennis, basketball, and volleyball). There is lake beach access about a 3-minute walk from the home. The lake is only open from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend. We include 8 beach towels and a picnic blanket for your stay.
*Please note we do have a security camera/audio recording device located at the exterior front of the home mounted on the bottom corner of the deck facing the driveway and street. This is provided for the safety of the guest and the community.
A rental agreement required by the Towamensing Trails community will be sent to you shortly after the reservation is accepted. This rental agreement will need to be signed to confirm your reservation. If the agreement is not returned within 3 days of your reservation, you may be subject to a cancellation with no refund. Not abiding community and home rental rules outlined in the rental agreement or on this listing may result in fines.
This is a quiet and private lake community. Large parties are not welcomed. Neighborhood quiet hours begin at 11 pm. Guests will be responsible for any fines incurred for noise complaints.
Pets are allowed subject to owner’s discretion. Pet fee is $200/pet for the entire stay. Additional costs may incur due to pet-associated damage. Undisclosed pets may result in a fine of $500.
The community only allows up to 8 guest passes per rental and must be worn at all times when using community amenities. No additional wristbands can be provided. Children under 5 years old are not required to wear a wristband. Wristband is not valid after checkout time. Please note that the lake may be closed without prior notice due to water testing. In this case we advise guests to visit the lake located at Hickory State Run Park.
Please note that parking is limited to a maximum of 6 vehicles only. All vehicles must have parking pass (provided by us) displayed at all times. You must abide by local traffic laws and speed limits in the community.
No outdoor fires/firepits allowed outside within the community. Only propane BBQ grill may be used. No smoking in or outside of the home is allowed.
Must be 18 years or older to use the hot tub and must sign a waiver prior to your stay to use hot tub.
