Private studio walk to the beach!
Newly remodeled chic private studio is within walking distance to beach. You'll be hard pressed to find a better deal! Located on a barrier island North of the Fort Lauderdale border, this unit is a short two block walk to the sand. If you're looking for activities, we have plenty! There is a large nearby park, as well as intracoastal water access. Whether it's SCUBA, kitesurfing, jet ski's or drinking margaritas you'll find plenty of ways to escape, and enjoy a nice day in the Florida sun.

I am a semi-retired mother of two who's loving this new "sharing economy". (What did we do before the Internet!) I speak Spanish fluently, and can usually get through a conversation in Portuguese and French if you're patient with me. I train and have done a few triathlons, and enjoy gardening, and reading during my down time. I've lived in South Florida nearly all of my life, and if I can't give you an answer on my hometown, a quick call to my son will usually get me the answer you need. I'm an avid traveler myself, and have been to much of South America, Europe, Africa and Asia. I'd look forward to sharing my town with you, and hope you enjoy your stay here as much as I have.
