This penthouse condo is all about location, size and convenience. Enjoy a vaulted ceiling, a loft, spectacular views and your very own in-unit hot tub and sauna right in the popular Mountain House Base Area of Keystone Resort. Sip on a cup of coffee as you check out the Mountain House ski slopes, the Snake River and the wetlands below. Grab your skis and walk 4 minutes to the Peru Express High Speed Quad. Come back for lunch and a break if you want! Then, after a long day of skiing, biking (the Summit County Rec Path is steps away) or hiking, relax with a soak in your in-unit private hot tub. This is everything a vacation should be.

The immaculate 2,000 square foot unit has 30' high soaring ceilings, an open, airy floor plan and a balcony with panoramic views of the mountains and skiing.
The kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of seating for all. The living room boasts a stone surround fireplace, a large flat screen TV and plenty of comfortable seating.
At the end of the day, enjoy comfortable master beds in 2 bedrooms and room to sleep 4 in the loft. A sofa couch in the living room means you can comfortable sleep 8 in your home away from home.
For your convenience there is a washer and dryer in the unit as well. You never have to leave the area! But if you do, you will be conveniently located just a close drive away from 5 world-class ski areas: Breckenridge, Vail, Copper, Keystone and Loveland. And, with Dillon and Silverthorne close by, you can also enjoy movies, dining, entertainment and a marina.

Outstanding!

This property was exactly what we were looking for, and exactly what the listing showed. The very short walk to the Peru lift made the location of this condo. Perfect. I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful keystone property

Very pleasant stay! The unit is spacious and well furnished, beds comfy. The in-unit hot tub is a nice treat after a day of skiing! The location is great, a short walk to Peru lift that's very manageable even with ski gear. Check in was easy, and Deb is very responsive to any questions/requests! We will definitely be back!

Wonderful winter stay

The condo itself was lovely, and fit perfectly our two families of four. The walks to the slopes and town are on the longer side, but quite pleasant; though the bus stop is super close as well. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent location for a comfortable stay.

The property was really nice and had everything we needed. We cooked at home for multiple meals and had everything we needed. There are a few restaraunts and a take out pizza place that were good to. The kids really enjoyed the hot tub and it was nice to not have to go outside to get to it. I would definitely recommend this location.

Awesome condo!

Very nice and spacious place that’s only a 5 minute walk to the Peru lift. We really enjoyed soaking in the hot tub after skiing each day and were pleasantly surprised to find that the condo has a dry sauna as well. We’re planning on staying here next year again.

Great stay for a ski weekend!

Our family really enjoyed this condo. The views are amazing and great location. The hot tub and sauna was perfect for after skiing. The property was clean, well stocked and had plenty of towels.

Nice condo

The condo was very nice. We had condiments in the frig and cabinets, so we didn't have to buy much. Had to run the fireplace to keep warm. Heaters didn't keep up. Not too far to the lift but in boots and carrying skies in was a bit much. Had a good time. The condo worked out very well. Thanks Gary

Loved the location! We were able to walk to the slopes.

Location was great. Had a few issues with heat & hot water in master bathroom. The loft needs a wastebasket and 2nd bedroom would have been better with a tv. We did have a great week!!

Unique spot very close to the slopes

As others have mentioned, this place is very unique, with lots of room and the indoor hot tub. The location is great, not far at all from Mountain House. Note - there is no covered parking, but you can park very conveniently right in front of the building.

Great location

Easy to get to, walk to Peru lift, walk to snake River saloon. Great place. Even had a moose show right in front of the unit. Only issue(s) might be hot tub needs a good cleaning and over chlorine’s a bit. Couldn’t get the sauna working

Great View from the Condo

Clean, Comfortable, Views!

My wife and I stayed at this great condo with our daughter, son-in-law and two grandsons. The indoor hot tub and sauna were a big hit. The kitchen was well stocked with coffee, tea and cooking essentials. Plenty of paper towels and Kleenex, something we've found lacking in other rentals. Too many thoughtful touches to mention. Great views of the wetlands and the Snake River, which is a short walk away. The house was comfortable even during a heat wave. We brought a box fan with us to bring in the cool night air, then let the overhead ceiling fans do the rest. Communication with Deb, the owner, was great. Lots of fun activities for families in Summit County.

Incredible place to stay!

Gorgeous property, penthouse vibes with the lofted top unit, lovely balcony with great Mountain Views and indoor jacuzzi hot tub + sauna. Very close to everything we needed in keystone area and easily walkable to Peru lift. Had everything we needed including coffee, creamer, and some condiments. Would 100% come back to this location if possible. Thank you!!

Great Ski and Stay at Keystone Resort

The property was clean and comfortable The location has amazing views and is about an 7 minute walk to the Peru lift. This was a great place for a family ski vacation. And I would recommend it to friends. I am not usually a fan of outdoror hot tubs but with the windows open it was very comfortable. Please be warned though...you must be extremly careful not to splash any water which is difficult with 4-5 people.

3 Generations Boys Trip

We came here to spend a few days and let our kids enjoy some time with their grandpas and they had a blast. The hot tub is so nice after a long day on the slopes. The unit was very clean and cozy. Deb was fantastic and very prompt to respond. Highly recommend and we will definitely be repeat customers.
