Traditional 6 bed villa- pool, BBQ, close to town and beaches

Spacious villa in a traditional style within walking distance to the centre of Carvoeiro. Stylish comfortable interior, extremely well equipped modern kitchen with American style fridge freezer, range cooker, granite worktops and breakfast room. Utility room with large bottle cooler. Separate dining room with steps down to rear garden with tiled table and built in seating. Large open-plan living room with French windows leading to terraces and large low chlorine pool with water slide, BBQ area, bar/games room and covered seating area for 12. Master bedroom on first floor with walk-in wardrobe and large bathroom with jacuzzi corner bath and separate shower.Two further bedrooms with en suite facilities, and 3 more bedrooms sharing 2 bathrooms.Self-contained apartment with separate living room, kitchen and terrace overlooking the pool. Facilities include Wifi, LED TV, Apple TV, Satellite TV, CD, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave. Air-con in bedrooms, central heating, 2 folding beds and cot at extra cost.

The villa is situated in a quiet residential area of Carvoeiro but only a short walk to the centre with its bars, restaurants and shops, and the beach. There is a bar, restaurant and mini market very close to the villa as well as the main fruit/veg/fish/meat market. A short drive away are several beaches, two excellent 18 hole golf courses at Gramacho and Pinta (as well as the nearby 9 hole par 3 course at Vale do Milho), Carvoeiro Clube de Tenis and the tennis club at Rocha Brava. Slide and Splash water park is a 10 minute drive, and Zoomarine (aqua shows and swimming with dolphins), Algoz zoo, Pera sand sculptures and Aqualand water park are all within 20 minutes drive. A large supermarket, Intermarche, is on the outskirts of Carvoeiro.

The arrival day is Thursday and arrival time is 4pm. Checkout time is 10am.

Perfect

We booked this as a family of 10 , 6 adults 4 children! We don’t think the pictures done it justice, as we entered we could not believe how big and spacious it was!! The pool area has everything you need, including past pool toys and inflatables! BBQ area was perfect! Inside Villa the kitchen was so well equipped, massive American plumbed in fridge freezer, utility room with washing machine! I could go on and on! Supermarket not far away selling everything you need, keep walking and veering left, brings to to meat fish and veg indoor market where we bought our BBQ stuff!! Carry on down turn right brings you on main road and down to Carvoerio square!! Nothing we could fault and will recommend !!

Enormous Villa

Accommodated 10 of us with loads of room to spare. Kitchen well equipped. Outside furniture was very poor. One table was removed as it was rotten. And not replaced unfortunately. The childrens slide we couldnt use as the railings were not safe. We told the manager about it but we were told it was fine. Beds comfortable

Fabulous Villa for 12

We had a fabulous holiday at the villa the space was perfect for our party of 12 (adults & teenagers). The photos do not really reflect the size of the property. We made lots of use of the pool, games room and the outdoor seating/eating areas. The kitchen was really well supplied with everything we needed to cook for 12 people. The little local shop across the road was where we did the majority of our shopping as we didn’t have a car but it stocked everything we needed. Lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance so it was an ideal location for us. We would definitely stay here again

Schöne Villa in bester Lage

Die Unterkunft von Gill war für uns drei Familien, mit 8Kindern, perfekt! Die Lage liegt fußläufig zum Strand und in 5min ist man am Fischmarkt, der übrigens sehr gut ist!

Great villa a little dated but had everything we needed . Need to look at showers on 2nd floors as pressure no good had to use downstairs shower. Pool was amazing thought it would be cold as not heated but it was not grand children in it most of the day and at night. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing villa - plenty of room for 3 families

The photos do not do this villa justice - it is huge and there is plenty of room for 3 families to have fun together in communal spaces or relax on their own for a while. We were 6 adults and 5 children between 9 to 16. The outside area is brilliant and the kitchen with large fridge freezer and ice dispenser is fully equipped for a self catering holiday. BBQ, indoor and outdoor seating. Pool table, pool with slide, inflatables and sun loungers. What more could you ask for?! The shop across the road sells the essentials and fresh bread and croissants daily. The location is ideal if you don’t want to drive. 5 minutes downhill to plenty of restaurants and a further 5 minutes downhill to the beach and lovely square with more restaurants. The hills look daunting on the way back up, but after an evening meal they are quite enjoyable - not so much in the midday sun! The manager was quick to respond to any issues we had and we would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic family villa

We stayed with extended family. There are plenty of bedrooms and lots of roomy living space. The pool area and games room is a great addition, there's even a shower and toilet for the pool area! The decor is a little tired but for a big family with young children it didn't matter to us. Christina the cleaner was lovely and managed to clean around the rabble! Nina the villa manager was on hand for any problems. We will be back I'm sure!

We had a lovely holiday at this villa. There is plenty of room for large groups. Children loved the pool, slide and games room. The accommodation was a short walk down to the town and beach and we would defiantly recommend to anyone wanting a nice relaxing holiday in Carvoeiro.

The online photos don’t do this villa justice! It’s amazing, massive, close to everything. It’s been our second visit and we already want to go back! Fab pool, games room we had Steve over to make poolside cocktails! Thank you for another fab stay! We will be back!!!

this was one of the best if not the best holiday we have ever had with the whole family

the whole experience from start to finish was so straight forward and smooth from all the staff including Nina and Christina the villa was exceptional in every way and facilities were second to none from the size of pool to the accommodation. it also so close to the town centre and easy access to the A22 to go sightseeing other areas thanks to all involved and hope we can go back soon Superb place

Lovely holiday

Very spacious we were a party of 10 adults 4 children and a baby plenty if room for everyone. Lovely pool although the water was cold needed it because it was hot. Lots of cooking equipment and large barbeque. Near the beach ,shops,bars and restaurants and a nice little mini market across the road. Would definitely recommend.

Huge villa with everything you need close by!

I’ve stayed at the villa for one week with my big family of 13! (9 adults, 4 children) We have all been very pleased with the stay, and would love to come back. The villa is huge, with great common areas. The kitchen is big, and well equipped even though a few things should be replaced for something more modern - like better kitchen knifes. + big pool, much space, close to minimarket, Good restaurants, close to beach, smart-tv. - slow wi-fi, not enough hot water for 13 people. Great location, huge, quirky villa

A huge property with plenty of space for 9 adults and teenagers,. Fab outside spaces.,Pool area and bar/games room and outside dining were wonderful. Plenty of car parking Easy short walk albeit steep, into cavoiero. Ideal for family with teenagers However if wi fi, TV and air con are a priority to you this may not be the place for you. No wi fi unless you purchase a dongle - however 2 mins down the road the kids found free wi fi spot to give them an Internet fix! TV doesn't really work. Which didn't matter to us . Air con tripped the electricity constantly if it was on in more than one room. These things didn't spoil the holiday fir us at all as it is reflected in pride of villa rental. And we would go there again without a doubt

Great house in a great location

This visit to this wonderful villa, and although in the quieter months the house and Carvoeiro still don't fail to impress. Huge spacious house, more than enough for a large family and friends. 5 minute walk into Carvoeiro which has all amenities but also ideal suited for a hire car as its situated centrally in the algarve. The house is always immaculate and Truus the villa manager is always a phone call away to help with any queries we have. Amazing pool and outside facilities, perfect for BBQ and relaxing. Will be coming back in July for another visit. Couldn't recommend a villa highly enough.

Lovely Villa!

Enjoyed another lovely holiday in this beautiful villa - it has everything to make your holiday one to remember and is a short walk from the town. We have been several times to this villa and would not stay anywhere else. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

A large villa in great position close to town

A large villa in an ideal situation 5 minutes walk to the town. Villa Manager very helpful. Kept clean and tidy (cleaner comes almost every day). Beach towels supplied which was helpful. Great BBQ and outdoor dining area. Pool room/ table good, but table top table tennis needs replacing. Lovely pool with slide, but pool tiles missing and needs repairing. Water in pool needs constant filling. Dining furniture rickety (promised to fix). If all aircon on at same time, the electrics trip and you need to go and reset all the time at the fuse box. Old big box TV's! No WIFI which is strange in this day and age, only a dongle! For this money you would expect more modern equipment. Wardrobe door just fell off without even touching it (they fixed this immediately though), shower head needing fixing (again done quickly). Overall, the position is ideal being a short walk to town and the restaurants and bars. The outdoor area is good, but it in general everything needs a bit of renovation. Also beware that items got deducted from the deposit even though the issues were nothing to do with us! Not much but enough to be very frustrating/annoying. Did we enjoy it? Yes Modern? No, more traditional old style villa, but needs renovation. Car Parking? Plentiful Clean? Very Not overlooked. Service? Good people available and problems dealt with promptly Would I recommend it? Not sure, depends on your expectation for the money. I guess you could get more modern accomodation with better facilities outside of town for similar or better pricing, but you have to balance that with the ease to go out in the evening and have shops an amenities on your doorstep. Carvoeiro has plent yof choice for restaurants, bars etc. It is iease to get to all the Algarve atttractions. Plenty of golf course within 30 mins drive.

Fabulous Villa!

A comfortable home-from-home, with everything you could wish for and more. Impeccably clean on arrival, wonderful pool and games room, lovely bbq area and walkable into town for the beach, bars and restaurants. Couldn't recommend highly enough and will definately be back.

BEST HOLIDAY EVER

I stayed in the villa with 5 of my friends for a week in April, although this is not the busiest time of year, entertaining ourselves was not difficult. The swimming pool, the table tennis table, the pool table and the whole outside area plus the televisions, dvd players, cd players etc and the town which was a mere 5 minute walk all provided a brilliant setting for a fantastic girls getaway. The house is fantastic well looked after and the maid service was flawless. there was nothing lacking during our stay everyone was comfortable and the house accommodated us well. The owner provided everything we needed and was more than willing to answer any queries we had. i would definitely recommend this property without a doubt, we all agreed this was the best holiday we have ever been on. There were various different restaurants down town accommodating all our needs, varying in price but always we always checked the menu's before entered. the beaches were great, 'Carvoeiro' beach being a short 5 minute walk, 'Centianes' being more of a car journey although we did walk it. I have honestly never had a better holiday experience and could not recommend the house or the location enough.

The Perfect Villa

A beautiful villa in a perfect location - there is everything here for a brilliant holiday and it would be quite easy to spend all day by the pool and BBQ at night and never leave the villa at all! Well equipped and maintained, this villa would be extremely hard to beat.
