Each bedroom has a NEW queen bed and plenty of storage for your clothes. One bedroom has a half bath ensuite and balcony access that also leads to the washer/dryer access. The other bedroom has double nightstands with charging station/reading lamps and a closet for extra storage.
Enjoy playing cards or dining at the dining table or lounge in the living room looking outside the windows at the street. Front balcony is a great place to relax with a morning coffee or a cold beverage in the evenings.
You have full and total access to our home during your stay.
NOTE: Washer/Dryer amenities are shared and located on the back balcony, positioned between two units. Each unit has its own dedicated gate for independent access to the laundry area.

✦Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
✦We have 2 exterior security cameras facing the front of the entryway and the car park. There are NO security cameras inside the property.
✦Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be canceled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.
"Laundry Rules"
1. Please do not leave clothes unattended in the washer or dryer overnight.
2. Be mindful of other guests' laundry needs; promptly remove your items once they are finished washing or drying.
3. Avoid overloading the washer or dryer to ensure proper cleaning and drying efficiency.
4. Use only the laundry detergent and fabric softener, and refrain from using bleach or other harsh chemicals.
5. Clean the lint trap before and after each use of the dryer to prevent fire hazards and maintain optimal performance.
6. Respect designated laundry hours, if applicable, to minimize disturbances to other guests.
7. Report any malfunctioning or issues with the washer or dryer to the host immediately for prompt resolution.
8. Please refrain from using the laundry facilities for items other than personal clothing and linens.

- 2 designated parking spaces
- No pets without prior written consent. Unauthorized animals caught on property will result in a $500 fine.
- We provide a start of toilet paper and paper towels. You may need to buy more.
- We do not send maintenance to the property during your stay. Only after you depart.
- No late check-out or early check-in without 24 hours written consent notice. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $50.00 dollars for the first half hour and $100.00 for each subsequent half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.
- No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of god/other things that are beyond our control.
- Absolutely no fires inside or out. Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages.
- This is a non-smoking property. If you smoke inside the home you will be charged $1000. You will be charged an increase in cleaning fee, and you will be charged for any damages.
House Rules
1) Both smoking and drugs are strictly prohibited in and around the property. Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited.
2) If we find any cigarette or marijuana ash found within the home, we will be collecting a minimum of $1000 fee.
3) Please do not rearrange our furniture and keep it clean before you leave.
4) Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM.
5) Please rinse sand off feet before entering the property.
6) No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 6 people.
7) Ensure all doors are locked and windows are closed when you leave the property.
8) Parents must not leave children unsupervised and are fully responsible for their safety at all times.
9) Report any damages and/or breakages immediately.
10) No eating or drinking in the bedrooms.
11) Turn off any electronics/lights when you leave the house.
12) A late checkout fee of $50 will be applied to anyone that leaves the property at 10:00am or later on the day of checkout.
13) STORMS: If there is a storm or hurricane, no refunds will be given unless: i. The state or local authorities order mandatory evacuations in a “Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area” and/or ii. A “mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning” area of residence of a vacationing guest. iii. The day the authorities order a mandatory evacuation order in a “Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning” area, we will refund: 1. Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered; 2. Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled during the "Hurricane Warning"; and 3. Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the “Hurricane Warning” period.
14) USE OF SECURITY CAMERAS - Renters understand and accept that the property is protected with an outdoor security camera. This camera is used to protect the property from potential break-ins and theft. There are NO cameras inside the house.
15) All of the units located at 216 S Ocean Blvd are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or facilities.
16) Pets are NOT allowed. You will be charged a $500 fee if you bring a pet.
