Three bedrooms: (1) Cal King bed w/motorized desk & chair for WFH, en-suite bath; (2) Queen bed and stowaway workstation; and (3) Twin-over-full bunk w/ add’l trundle (great for kids!). Two full, newly remodeled bathrooms. Gorgeous outdoor space w/8-seat dining, BBQ grill, and fire pit. Large living room perfect for hanging out with family and friends. Fully stocked kitchen for cooking. Kids utensils, toys, and pack-away crib are ready for your use. Dining table seats 8. Private community beach for residents only is only a 5 min drive away. NO PARKING PERMIT NEEDED, steps to beach from parking. Lovely, family-friendly beach with a lifeguard, playground, BBQ, and bocce ball court.
