Locals Food Hub & Pizza Pub and Limewater are both a short 15 minute walk from downtown area. Two coffee houses downtown are the Engine House and Kentucky Coffeetree Cafe. B's Bakery is in downtown with Poppy's Bakery a 15 minute walk. Sig Luscher Brewery is about 100 yards from the apartment. Several other bars and brew pubs are located downtown with The Cooperage Bar, POURter's, House of Commons: A Bourbon Library, Blind Harry's, Dicey Riley's Irish Pub, Capital Cellars Bar & Liquor Store, the aforementioned restaurants and others.
As the Capital of Kentucky, Frankfort has several historic properties and museums downtown. The Kentucky History Museum and the Capital City Museum are two blocks away from the apartment and the Kentucky Military Museum is about four blocks away. The State Capitol Building and Governor's Mansion are 1 mile away. Two distilleries, Buffalo Trace and J. Mattingly 1845 are with 1.5 miles. The Kentucky River is about a 5 minute walk from the property.
